Welcome to Mystic Flow!

Hello! I'm Adriana Benoit, founder of Mystic Flow Wellness Center in Gainesville, VA. ​I'm a native of Costa Rica but have lived in Virginia for a long time now. I didn't always want to own a wellness center, it became a desire of mine after having two children and running my other business, a preschool called Daytime Playtime, for the last twelve years.

​I'm dedicated to helping kids have a great experience learning, growing, and exploring as childhood events greatly influence how they'll view life as an adult. So four years ago, I became a therapist learning integrative practices to use in my preschool in order to  provide an even more joyful atmosphere focusing on holistic (mind-body-spirit) wellbeing for the kids. 

I soon realized that to be able to bring that level of wellbeing to the children it first had be to made accessible to the parents. That's where the idea originated for creating Mystic Flow Wellness Center. ​I imagined a welcoming center that provided services to parents to help them align their lives with the harmony, balance, and clarity so they could be the best parents possible to their kids. I wanted to teach them how changing their perspective on life could change the overall quality of life by allowing for more  joy and peace.

​Mystic Flow isn't just for my preschooler parents, it's for everyone wanting to regain the balance in their life and enhance their self-care practice in a wonderful state-of-the art wellness center. I've taken great care in acquiring the very best holistic practitioners in their field. They're ready to  provide their wisdom and expertise to help you bring balance in areas of your lives requiring attention and love.
